IT Support - Service Set Up

As a new customer to Online Support, one of our Senior Engineers would visit  your premises to undertake a Support Service Setup.

This would include the following:

An initial meeting to agree procedures and to ensure that we understand any specialist requirements you may have.

A server and general network health check. Based on this we will provide you with a report detailing our initial recommendations to improve the performance or resilience of your systems.

Remote Access set up to include the installation of remote control software on all PCs and the collection of all necessary information to enable us to provide an effective support service.
