Issues that can be resolved remotely are charged in units of 15 minutes and, with no travel involved; you do not incur a travelling time call out fee.

On site visits are charged in 1-hour increments with a 30-minute travel charge levied per site visit.

Some companies may prefer an engineer to be on-site on a regular basis. This can be for as little as half a day a month through to a full time on site engineer. The cost is calculated on a specific requirement basis, however, we pride ourselves on being competitive and would welcome the opportunity to tender for any requirement you might have.

In certain cases, fixed price maintenance contracts may suit you better. We can formulate the best contract to suit your needs.
