With majority of Air's clients requiring a myriad of national and international phone calls, Air needed a new telephone system that would enable them to easily identify and account for the calls made on behalf each client. Functionality their existing BT telephone system was unable to provide.

Based on our evaluation of their current and projected requirements, Online Support specified an Avaya IP Office Telephone System linked to a Proteus Telephone Management system. This cost-effective yet feature rich system utilises customer codes to identify and bill
clients for calls made
on their behalf, increasing Air's revenue and delivering total transparency for telephone costs and usage.
