The Project Drivers:

With a consistent growth of 35% year on year over the last 10 years Qatar Airways had grown beyond the physically limitations of their cargo office. They had found new premises to move to but required advice and assistance in the physical re-location of their office and allowing for future expansion.

Our Solution:

Online Support provided an Avaya IP phone system, Windows Server for locally stored data and cabled the offices to maximise the use of space.
This allowed Qatar to accommodate continual growth and expansion. 
The Onsite Windows Server allows users to access data quickly as it does not need to pass over and internet connect as with VPN.

The configuration of external numbers for internal departments, (Reservations, Cargo Handling and Sales), now means that clients can be routed to the correct department increasing efficiency.

Previously data was stored on user desktops. The solution gave Qatar centralised data storage and backup with additional security.
