Current Vacancies

We are currently looking to expand our team of engineers.

We are ideally looking for Microsoft Certified Professionals with at least 2 years experience within a busy IT helpdesk environment.

Skill set Required:

English as first language. (Required for telephone helpdesk calls).

At least 2 years IT support (on a helpdesk) experience. 

Car and full UK license - Although the initial role is office based, the role will progress (within 12 - 24 months) into an onsite call out engineer role. 

At least 1 MCP exam, preferably MCSA or MCSE qualified. 

Previous helpdesk support experience:

Resolving a large variety of support calls, over the phone and in person, relating to Microsoft OS and software issues. 

Creating and administering users in a Windows Server 2003. 

Support Outlook clients connecting to an Exchange 2003 server. 

Building Windows XP operating system. 

Troubleshooting ADSL connection issues. 

Skill set Optional:

Firewalls, VPN clients + ADSL routers (e.g. ADSL setup, FW setup, VPN install).

Able to build complete MS networks (including a working Exchange server) from scratch. 

Avaya IP Office phone systems -  Setup and support. 

Nature of work:

Helpdesk (office based).

Based on our helpdesk you will primarily resolve customer support issues via remote control software, from Mon - Fri during office hours. 

Remote onsite call out work.

The role will progress (within 12 - 24 months) into an onsite call out engineer role.
